Hi all. Employee who joined last winter. I got access to my PDR review comments in March like I believe all other employees did.
My manager how now set up “midyear review” calls with each person on my team. Will this information be written and stored in the PDR system as well? Or would this only be verbal?
My manager has given me and the majority of my colleagues really rude and negative comments that are not constructive, I’m wondering if I will have to read those again this time.
