Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

How many bad surveys a day does your store have?

My store is getting 2-3 terrible surveys a day.... no help, not enough cashiers, dead plants, damaged product on deliveries. Does upper management even read them?

I'm wondering the same thing, does upper management read all these bad surveys and does it care about them at all? Who are those surveys for? Why do they exist if they don’t serve to analyze the situation a little better and do something to fix things around here?

Well if you haven’t figured it out yet, all the guys with the surveys, put themselves in. You can find them rummaging through the trash or scrounging the parking lot for receipts.

Customer focus is a crock of s*** the only thing Lowe's corporate cares about is the share price because the investors are all that matters and that is the bottom line

Surveys don't show the people walking out and not buying anything. It is a slow process, kinda like the fall of sears, it just doesn't die, it is death by a thousand paper cuts. But like a snowball, it will gather speed and it will grow and grow. But by then Dear Leader and his minions will have sailed off into the sunset with their ungodly parachutes, never to be seen again ( Of course I don't know if they have a parachute small enough for small hands?

Corporate doesn't care until the numbers tank. By then they'll have sucked everything out of the company they can and will move on.
