I don't intend to be here much longer. It will be interesting to see from a distance what results their strategy to use cheap labor will bring. Do they think that cheap labor will fix all the problems in this company? Unfortunately, I don't think it will, because those at the top primarily have no vision and no leadership qualities. Without it, every company is doomed, whether it has cheap labor or not.

The new VP's and wannabes VP under them just brush things under the rug they do not value the quality of employees.. I laugh at the performance plan I got 5% each year ...based on copy paste metrics my bosses kept having me do yoy for the last 4 out of my 13 years
What smoke and mirrors?
The C Level has zero desire to fix anything. The goal is just to keep the smoke and mirrors up long enough so to sell off parts of the company.
