I read all the negatives on this website about MRO. Why not turn this into a positive page and list things which are great about this company? No negative or naysayers comments please.

I am positive MRO will fail if executive management is not removed ASAP. positive enough for ya?
@Good Escape is a despicable homophobe. I'm positive of that.
MRO, at one time stood up to be a company that is individually recognized as an influential, diversified company to only find out … that there are the privileged, who get a chance to stay but majority are not that lucky. No matter what one does overtime or developing a new program for the company. They do not care and they will not care if you are there or not. So I am to assume the more bu-t kissers stay….no matter what but maybe this is what KH needs since she does not get the attention at home!
And has to run to the office to print a book for the kids using MRO supplies and equipment….
But I am glad that her partner and her were able to be knocked up at the same time. No sure about the donor, maybe a sp--m bank but at least they experienced it together. Right?
So now everything thing is happy and g-y at mro once again :)
HR is sitting down with all managers to tell them to spin positive stuff about the company and the new office, due to low moral. Propaganda doesn’t help, a real and solid plan, vision and execution does. Basically poor leadership using fear and propaganda to force compliance. So sad.
I’m positive that most of the people you know at MRO won’t be there in 2-3 years, fact.
I love how everything is blamed on the lowliest engineers and then they get to pursue new opportunities, yet supervisors, managers, directors, VP’s, etc get to all keep their jobs. What do you call the opposite of LEADERSHIP?
I love the daily MICRO MANAGEMENT meetings run by VP’s. It really helped with low oil prices, COVID19, and helped save jobs and communicate a solid plan and a vision forward.
ratio 97:1
More meetings than any other company.
Skills don’t matter. We give people jobs for being a certain race or having a certain “buzz worthy” lifestyle.
We pay new hires way more then we do our current employees.
We get to wear jeans.
You can take a po-p for an hour and nobody will know.
Great place to work. No more drama than any other company that I’ve been at. Anyone who suggests otherwise may be the cause of their own problems. At least that how I read the few complainers that I know. I hate to say that because it’s not nice but it’s true. 99.9% of the people I work with or for at Marathon are bang up people
We have enough mid-level managers to make life feel laughably like living in Office Space
Is it just me or does Lee Tillman look like Gru from the Pixar movie ‘Dispicable Me’
Solid external hires for key management positions
I love the planning group and all the value they add. No redundancy or ulterior motives to be found. They are just simply a joy to work with.
In the new building, I'll become much closer to my co-workers. Literally.
We make really excellent powerpoints. Best in our peer group!
The company as a whole has a very strong drive to not only survive in a tough industry but to improve and excel

Blue Jeans.
It’s actually a good job and pays well
