The push for AI amd promo is deceiving amd consumers amd employees at risk. Big insurance (not just SF) as is the legal industry are playing and using every single customer/policyholder. CLUE data and MVR and other data are corrupt and lack a ton of integrity. You are a guinea pig. A target and data and decision rules are shady and outright wrong. Big money changing hands. At citizens expense. It’s all a show and big titles don’t fix that. History matters. Connections matter.
Surveillance capitalism is UnAmerican. Our freedoms and recourse for bad and wrong decisions is gone. Not a boomer or dinosaur. Just intelligent and research and see thru all the hype. Witnessed bad bad treatment by other companies that use those systems and integrated. Ours disgusting the sharing and buying and selling and tracking and unintelligent decisions those processes make. Consumers and claimants are exploited for speed and AI and data. A shame our leaders rely on 3rd parties rather than intelligence or critical thinking. Copy cat systems calling it data analysis is a show. CRM is too.
Guidewire & claims process and systems planned are not all as techy cool and innocent they seem and are being portrayed.
