Will inventories ever be reduced with additional handlers?
Or will additional handlers just fill in for attrision?
Will the claims environment be better or worse by the end of the year?

It's all just a matter of time for bringing the WFH into the hubs.
My understanding is all fire proximity claims will be eliminated, or outsourced to third parties. Thoughts?

@2huq. They're mission is to get rid of you before you get full retirement benefits. I saw that writing on the wall I saw it was going to get worse before it got better as evidenced by these posts. I prepared long before they made their move. My "leader" if you want to call him/her that along with the other "leaders" thought they got to me because they thought I didn't have enough money after buying a brand new 85K vehicle. Little did they know I had plenty. I walked out the door laughing while giving a polite hand gesture. Amazing what a person can do if they live within their means while watching their pennies so the dollars will follow. Also amazing what you can do when you lead an ethical life without multiple divorces, child support, dr-g or alcohol habits, and helping others. That's how I got back at them. They're a jealous and vindictive group.

Disposable. All in operations are disposable. They promise you the moon and once they are finished with you they throw you away like a used tamp-n. They will run your inventory so high there's no way anyone could manage it with SCP. They'll run you to the ground, sit back and then laugh at you. They are truly sick people who do not respect family nor ethics. They are liberal elites who consider themselves better than anyone especially those in positions making less money. They will treat you nice but when you get to midpoint or max in your pay grade, they are looking to get rid of you. Don't buy into their lies of how good they are. It's all image but if you can look inside they are full of rot. Make sure you get them before they get you. I did!
Just think of how many of those they're bringing onboard will not stay once they learn of the abuse they will take. Especially the safe spacers. LMAO! You raised it and now you get to deal with it. Heck! They'll even be treated nicer and get better benefits in the military.
The goal seems to be making sure that no customer with a claim ever gets to speak to anybody handling said claim. We’re well on our way.
They are just keeping Proximity to float the fire company claims operation, until they fully staff stewardship with +1400 and then get rid old the older experienced Proximity reps. Most of stewardship is just independents. The stewardship people are useless, just phone operators they can't handle a claim. Just sent it to Proximity. The stewardship team managers are even more useless.
SF sold us long ago other carriers have inventories over 500. Do the math. Turn and burn.
