What is going on with the IT team? Alot of turnover and constant hiring. Do they know what they are doing? I would tell anyone looking to join to look elsewhere and save the headache

Remote opportunities and USAA hiring a lot in Charlotte
I heard a lot of them are contract workers. So it's easier for them to up and leave and with all these companies coming to NC, they will have no problem finding another job.
