ABG is picking up the Izod, Van Heusen, Arrow and Geoffrey Beene trademarks in the $220 million deal.
At one time, Izod jeans were my go to denim brand. Great fit n fabric.
Now just another "brand name" to be slapped on any ol product. Shame.

Obviously clueless to PVH's long-standing partnership with Belk and the value of these brands to Belk, as well as private label sourcing.

if there are future plans to limit companies from offering these brands then there might be a plan to ditch risky partners like belk. but the time to do that has to be month's a way or something like that so future offerings might be limited or none at all
Does it effect Belk financial situation? If so, in which direction?
