Why are Department supervisor are privlaged thier they adjust thier people schedule after the matric system drop the schedule. But thier schedule stay the same even when it leaves thier department without coverage.

In our store the favorite FE DS makes all the changes. 55 hours of OT for her? No problem. Be the store favorite pet, you'll get away with everything. Lock yourself in an office, make and take personal calls all day, get paid OT.
I’d love to know how to get this! I am a DS and my schedule changes all the time, I have gone in for a 12-9 shift and be told as I’m walking in the front door that my SM changed my schedule and to go home and come back at 3
