Recently Tony in appliances was walked out.
Fired
Now Tony has been a loyal Lowe’s employee
For over 10 years
Tony has one normal arm and other one is a mechanical arm
However he still manages to load the big
Appliances as good or better that any one
Tony is the only income for his family
So Tony sells an appliance side by side
Gets it down from top stock
Wheels it to the front
Only one cashier and she has a line
So Tony opens a register and completes the sale.
Two days later he is called to store managers office and fired.
The customer gave Tony a stale check
Customer put a date of 2020 for year and Tony missed it and bank will not honor it
Customer also put invalid phone number
Tony got blamed for both.
NO ONE in store wanted Tony fired
But Corp insisted
However we recently had a man walk to paint
Load up 3 five gals buckets of paint
Push to returns and get his gift card for 500 d
Next same thing
Next day same thing
Next day he comes in with 1500 d of Gift cards and buys a sidebyside refrigerator
Both customer stole their refrigerator
But Tony lost his job
Lowes Corp should hang their head in shame !!!
I would love to have the power to ask the people responsible
