To lose all your work is a bit d-mb but that’s just my opinion
Never mind x employees it’s the ones that are about to go, am going round to have a look 👀 at the happy 😃 faces as they drive out the gate for the last time, only themselves to blame for the poor quality that put out the door, happy days,

We have the same problem. No one works until the executive plant manager approves overtime. We put the wrong shop managers and employees out on the street.
The rot started with the operator’s thinking they new everything, one operator in particular ( bubbles) had the machine in bits just to get overtime, one day he’ll slide up the wrong a-s,
drilling dept in aberdeen was absolute joke due to poor management. the rot started there.
It’s a shambles right across the board, long parts in BOD Aberdeen has went right down hill in the past 2/3 years it’s an embarrassment to turn up for work as you know what you’re going into, this one or that one being knifed in the back, and management love this,
