Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Profit over truth?

Doesn't it seem that profit should be directly correlated to to truth ethics and values? Thoughts?

1jkr+1br7MBeS I’m educated a bit in psychology, that translates to me as a psychopath. I often don’t put any education regarding to psychology as they are actually for the most part insecure and vulnerable people. They aren’t all golden state killers and John Wayne gacy like the media portrays.

They are often just moral lacking narcissistic as-----s, and society has to deal with them as they can blend into the public very easily. They often know the difference between right and wrong. Most battle odd urges that wouldn’t make sense to your or I daily. It intensifies their behavior. Failed relationships, facing judgement, all things like that they will avoid at all costs, and take out their frustrations on others.

They will for the most part always try to appear smarter than you, it’s their biggest weakness and why they get posted in middle management. It’s like the barrier between workers, HR, and executive leaders.

All in all our leaders are better than most. Smart, caring, and committed. Grass isnt always greener.

If you look at "The Kennedys"relationships, i can say with certainty almost all iSF leaders/executives have met and interacted with are the same with even weirder twists. Where I come from, we call them weirdos, freaks, and lack any ethics. Not the slightest resemble ethical behavior.

SF Executive needs to read the Eight Woes of the Pharisees. They didn't get the memo.

Internet of Things, Surveillance Capitalism, Sustainable “communities”, Globalism, RICO, 3rd party nepotism, in house nepotism, university and NGO ties $$, customer & employee data exploitation. China way. China model. Ethics and SF = deception. Not good business despite the number 1 race and rhetoric and gains.

A shame

State Farm ethics, values, morals? Laughable! RICO, buying off judges, laying off people with tons of money, making people's life miserable! What a joke!
