Thread regarding Macy's Inc. layoffs

When i worked at macys i was left alone for 8 months cause they fired everyone in my dept for discounting.. i had no help and when i came in i had 50x things thrown at me.. then said someone will give me a ringer to help me thru my day.. as i walking up and down 2 flights of stairs on a 8-10 hr shift and being wiped out exhausted and in a constant state of endless stress my complaining fell on deaf ears. my sales manager barley did anything to help my situation other than say we are hiring so hang in there.. this nonsense excuse went on for 8 months of me working 8-10 hrs days running up/down 2 flights of steps with zero help.. My sales manager was then let go to be replaced by two mo--ns who couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag . they also both got the boot .. moral of this story. is.. My ops/vs and store manager as well as other sales managers ( calling it by it old name ) are all over worked and have no life/work balance.. as of May my store manager is now working for Target. Ops is looking hardcore at a new career as well as every sales manager and former store manager we had still will company.. they are doing this on purpose.. they do not want to give thousand of higher ups packages when the company is so strained in profit right now.. they want you to break and quit.. or get injured and quit .No one can be worked this hard and expect to do this long term for the benefit of the numbers.. EFF THE NUMBERS !
