Are there any XBS cores that don’t have an issue with ongoing resignations? The core in Ohio is losing people at an alarming rate. There is just no reason to stay. After all the layoffs the new building is mostly empty. Bonuses/401k/incentives/advancements/morale/culture/raises/company functions- ALL GONE!!! The guy that is not in sales is the only reason most people remain. It’s very sad what happened to this one time Great Place To Work!

Miami has gone downhill since Xerox takeover. Executive leadership team is making poor decisions. The few sales left that were kept should have been fired. Our support staff is a skeleton crew. Can't get a call back from Xerox service managers. Supplies are horrendous.
RK Dixon has been absolutely gutted since Icahn/Xerox took over. Used to be a great, local company. A lot of people were happy to work there. Lots of long-term employees. It's now a sad shell of company with about half of the staff remaining and more resignations coming all the time.
Yup our core was great, people NEVER left except sales, we were successful and happy, then Mother X started the dismantlement, then HCL happened, then we merged with a bigger core which is a huge disaster, I am currently looking to leave and actively job searching......I never want to be in this industry again!
It’s the history of this once great company. Any thing Xerox sticks their nose into turns to
absolute s__t. If it works you can bet Xerox will change or break it .
Wrecked a good thing!!! What’s next? Oh that’s right there is nothing left…. Literally nothing left. That’s right Elvis left the building
I work in operations for XBS. I just got a raise because too many guys in the warehouse were leaving. In my area, warehouses jobs are a dime a dozen. Honestly, my work life has improved ever since Xerox pretty much took us over. When we were GIS, local management expected us to go WAY above and beyond. Now, local leadership is basically non-existent. I punch in, do my job without stressing out, and I leave. So, I'm happy Xerox took us over. If they let me go, I'll just find another job.
The minute Xerox started sticking their fingers into GIS was the start of the end. The Xerox leadership that was in place during the early years after the acquisition were smart enough to understand that leaving GIS alone was the right thing to do. GIS was growing, buying other dealerships, driving huge revenues and growing profits. They knew what they were doing. In comes the new Xerox leadership and they can’t help themselves but to mess up a good thing. While a few things needed to be addressed (like do you need 3 cores in Dallas/Ft Worth, etc) Xerox went way to far and destroyed GIS. I wonder if the rocket scientist who decided the rename GIS to XBS (really….XBS??) is still employed. GIS had a lot of great people and unfortunately they are all gone. The current Xerox leadership is clueless about XBS (they think they know but they are all mo--ns) and it doesn’t surprise me that folks are leaving ComDoc and other cores.
Sounds like the Cores will be pretty much sales and service working from home. Admin will be done out of the country. The one that I worked at will be out of the office in the near future.
