I had someone at a very high level give me clarity on something I really already knew. In 15-20 years from now, let's face it, America will be basically a brown/socialist/idiocracy country. We can debate all the good, bad, and politics of it all day long but it's not going to change one single thing. Get over it! Fact is...you will either give them a job, put them in prison, universal basic income, or well let's just say..have an opportunity to exercise a certain constitutional right. The question, do you want your pension to still be paid at SF when you are retired-75 and the answer is....YES. It won't be white males running the company or working at SF in 2040! So you have to say a prayer and hope somehow they can keep it together. Regardless of what people think pensions are not guaranteed and they do go under especially if the company funding them goes under or drastically shrinks. I personally think in the next 2-3 years it will be bought out but at the end of the day company solvency is a big concern down the road. Frankly most white people and black people are basically too lazy to do many jobs....especially if it involves physical labor. We exploit Mexicans/immigrants for cheap labor and for jobs the rest of the American society is too worthless/lazy to do. State Farm is targeting/abusing those with too much time/pension and also the lowest and cheapest socio-economic group it can find without going to India like Allstate. Tech will cure a lot of those ills but I doubt we will be able to be successful implementing it. The flame burns brightest before it flickers out!

If State Farm does so, they will face a class action. Problem is the leadership is ignorant and if history is a guide here, it will likely happen.
