Have things improved in the past three years since I left? I liked my job there for the most part but for my last two years, things have been changing for the worse so rapidly that I decided to leave before things deteriorated even further. I keep hoping things have turned around since then for the sake of my former coworkers, though. Is it any better?

Spider is a hypocrite of the highest caliber. Makes comments and passes judgement on others leadership styles all while he knowingly makes random people in each department his pets. They think they have a connection with him all the while he is just using them for information. He preached a transformation of culture about people respecting others opinions yet was intolerant of peoples opinions that differed from his own. He was never a leader. He was just an overpaid puppet.
Now it will be SinnDelaney for the stupid continental folks who hired this pos. LOL
