I never though in a million years I'd be looking for a job at this stage in my life. 50 years old with 10 years to go. I'd rather walk away from RR retirement and live well into my 70's and beyond than stay and drop dead from the stress a month before I retire.
They'll eventually get what they want; one man crews then eventually autonomous trains.

It’s way too late unfortunately. The standing up and fighting should of been done 3+years ago. The unions let it get to this. If you stand up and fight now it will just get the work contracted out faster than planned. If you do t have at least 15 years in. It’s time to get out.
