As all current team members know BJ's will be releasing the results of their tam member survey. As anyone who knows anything about this current leadership group will tell you, this report will be filled nothing but lies. This group will no no doubt lie about anything and everything in this survey. It will be filled with falsehoods to make you believe that we are treated well and we believe that company is on the right track. So here's your chance for a truthful survey. All team members that read this, please give your opinion of culture, upper management, and you and others are treated. Can't wait to compare the truth to what these coward at the top put out with their results.

They give themselves participant awards by asking employees how they feel after getting screwed... delusional as Fudge
As a reply to the person who asked what was on the survey. From what I remember it was basically asking what kind of company it is to work for. There was a question asking if bjs was to go away tomorrow what would you miss. A lot of questions that were easy to reply negatively to. Questions about management and such. I'm sure they will just spin it into a positive somehow.
Can someone please give more details about this survey, what were some of the questions they asked? I am one of those that left BJ's due to the restructure, and still can't understand why they made the changes after a record breaking year of sales and profits. I am just curious.
I rated the company terrible all the way around, beyond terrible. An embarrassment! A joke! The executive team is beyond clueless. I have zero respect for any of them for what they turned BJ's into .
I report to work everyday with a horrible attitude. I could careless about helping the members. In fact I go out of my way not to help anyone. If Bj's closed tomorrow I would be out of a job. However, I would not even be to upset. In fact I would probably be doing cartwheels knowing that the clowns at home office are out of a job as well. I would be ecstatic!
I was able to leave a review even after I had my last day with the company. Thank God. I really laid into them. I hope everyone did and I cannot wait to hear the results.
