Things are getting worse here daily. The toxic work environment has completely snuffed out any joy I had in doing my job and don't even get me started on all the bu-----t politics we have to deal with all the time. I miss the days when I didn't dread every coming workday. Is that really too much to expect from a job?

Bruh...ibm's only gonna get worse as they're priced out of labor market. Their products are going to suck soon ( the ones that don't already) as people are leaving in droves, retiring etc.
If you're not retirement age then jump!
I hope you’re actively looking for a new job. There’s no reason you need to put up with that.
