Survey is out. Give an honest response.
Are you really happy with the way things are?
Was the shared success enough?
Is there something they could change?
The workload has ramped up since pandemic and it hasn't stopped. Not seeing much extra in our pockets for it.

What does Glassdoor say? Is Citrix even amongst the top 100 companies anymore?
I have not seen Citrix being a Top Employer for many years now (Glassdoor), believe that states it all.
We have been doing some heavy marketing on LinkedIn, as being a great place to work (on every headcount we post). Which was based on a survey made in one specific office can't remember the state. I assume that office has all the benefits... And a lot of people keep position how much they like to work for Citrix, which is seriously interpreted as exactly the opposite. People who love the work place don't have to tell those who have not asked about it.
Let's see how long those SAP A-ho-e execs will be allowed to stay....end of this year?
Toxic comes from above and toxic managers promote a toxic behavior.
The survey is all nonsense and any feedback you provide is sanitized to make the company look good. The truth is people hate this toxic place, the management are mo--ns but employees keep coming so they can pay the bills.
I used to like working for citrix. Now the pl ace is toxic. Its got to an unhealthy state where burnouts are happening more often. People are leaving because of this which inturn increases workload for those that remain.
Actively looking to move.
Aright, that explain why my manager has been un-usually friendly lately. I was wondering whether the chameleon had a real change of heart.
They don’t care about the responses. Nothing will change. So many people were honest in the past and nothing. Upper management will get a talking to but that’s it. So many other companies take the surveys seriously and there are changes but not Citrix.
