Why do some justify Lowe's under the guise that the world of retail is difficult and not for everyone?
I have worked in several retail companies and I can say with certainty that it is true, retail is difficult, but there are companies in which employees are valued far more, and with them customers as well. So Lowe's is among the worst retailers in the world when it comes to treatment of employees. Definitely. Only a few companies are worse in that sense.
