LOL...hard to believe but they are worse. Outsourcing to India, I don't think we were there yet....not yet! Please on the this forum... please stop asking why... or don't they understand...don't they care... or say what you would do if you were in leadership. You would just get shown to the door...like everyone else that has spoken up. Everything thing and I mean everything is by intent and plan. Look in the mirror and say to yourself... I'M ONLY HERE UNTIL STATE FARM CAN AUTOMATE MY JOB...now say it 5 more times so it sinks in PLEASE!!!!!! They need a lemming/disposable work force until they can show you the door, period!!! Keep the wheels on, that is all they are trying to do until they can get the tech in place or outsourced. They don't care about customer service, staffing, your well being/health, your career, your development, your family, your thoughts/beliefs/input or anything else you might want. Disposable!!!!
Wait until you see the future structure plan later this year.... Tier 1-2-3..... they will turn on the bots for the easy stuff, outsource what they can, and the only people left will be there to handle the exception processing. 40% additional staffing reduction by the start of 2030! Do the math folks.
