Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

Customers leaving

I totally understand customers who decide to go somewhere else. I just wonder how many long-term and loyal customers this company loses on a monthly basis?

Loyalty and customer relationship are built over the years, but it takes very little for them to take their wallets somewhere else. In the Lowes case, unfortunately, these are not just the little things that make customers opt for other companies. There are so many customer complaints, I don’t remember there ever being that many.

As a former employee I have a $5 rule. If the items I’m shopping for are less than $5, I go to Lowe’s. If they are over $5, I shop somewhere else.

I don’t bother the employees and most don’t know I ever worked there.

Some of the aholes need to leave and never come back. Some deserve better service. Employees deserve better from the disconnected corporate office. It has never been worse.

My store is getting 2-3 terrible surveys a day....no help, not enough cashiers, dead plants, damaged product on deliveries. Does upper management even read them?

The list of customer complaints are growing by the day. Ever since the third-party deliveries and the recent centralized installations, complaints have escalated. Nobody but nobody cares anymore.
The priority is (Wall Street - FIRST) > (Customers - SECOND) and (Employees - LAST)
Employees are the least priority! (Compounding the problem are SOME inefficient and unqualified members of management) Seems to be going in the direction of SEARS. JMHO
