To be honest, I lingered here because I thought my skillset wasn’t enough to find any better job. Especially considering my age, I thought I had no chance in the job market, so I didn’t even try much to find anything better. It turned out that my modest skillset was still much more valued in another company than here. This indicates that Xerox does not know how to make good use of the skills of its employees and get the best out of them. Now I'm sorry I stayed here so long.

Xerox has a long standing unwritten old school management practice of debasing, embarrassing employees and reducing their self worth. Creating a large ego gap that can only be filled with glass sales awards for screwing customers and 90’s certifications.
