I have been trying to find a new job for a long time, and I was even ready to accept a much worse paid job at one point when it became unbearable for me here. I got lucky and found a very similar job at another insurance company and I will just say this: the job here now looks like a piece of cake after everything I went through at SF. Has anyone else had such an experience?
That’s the only good thing, after working here for so long jobs at other companies seem so easy afterwards. There aren't many places where it will be harder for you than at SF, you just have to make an effort and get out of there.

SF will get exactly what it asks for.
Would only recommend^
Yeah, I’m currently learning my new role before my official training date at my new career in preparation of not F’ing up.
I’ll have to say it’s easy because I know I’m a natural problem solver anti social a-ho-e. So working in finance is actually super easy as it’s just people skills, and reviewing numbers.
I actually doubled my pay also, along with certifications being offered immediately after break in period to move up no questions asked if you can pass them.
I think the real struggle for me is I put the I in team. I really don’t like team environments the way SF does it because it’s just shortened for, you are responsible for fixing others mistakes.
I like being responsible for myself and only myself, it’s my new managers job to review the teams responsibilities. Team members are there if you have quick one liner questions, but in reality it’s a research it yourself if it’s complex enough, and get through your 8 hours.
If you are a type that hands others your work you’d probably be fired on the spot at my new employer.
I wouldn’t only recommend State Farm as an employer if you’re somebody I don’t like, or are desperate for business experience.
