So. Since we got cr---y raises even with really good reviews, and they blamed it on Covid, I assume they see the inflation numbers recently, and will give us a mid year raise?

This is upper Management's way of giving everyone the bird from their yacht saying see ya su---r! If you won't leave with all these layoff threats and pension halting, I'll start gauging your paycheck. Now give me another bottle of that $1000 wine.
You and me and every other person here is replaceable in seconds. They’re two faced. Will say all these warm and fuzzy things to your face but act the complete opposite. Upper management are the true losers who suck PepsiCo’s dk while they don’t even give a fk about them.
