and so it begins. Three more execs walking out tells me all i need to know about what is really going on. No way they leave if what is being said about our buying other assets or companies is true. Writing is on the wall. Getting my resume out tomorrow morning. Very sad.

I never comment on this site but this is a pretty good thread.
The clues about crooked drilling guys is premium content and deserves its own post. Those things you hear rumors of but nobody is brave enough to bring up. The guys in the field know.
And Bill M never did anything worth a damn. He just played a cool character.
Haha bill m was the signal of the end? You couldn’t be more clueless. Waste of space who was protected by the ceo when everyone else was begging to get rid of him. Lots of issues he left us with

We all know what this means.
Next steps are STX divestiture, downsizing in Rockies and Gulf, then another massive layoff to take headcount down to 500-700, and finally liquidate everything to the announced acquiring company.
And of course it’s not going to be Apache !
Glad to see FranknBeans and spiderweb gone - way over due as they added nothing to the company but spinning deceit and chaos. BUT how did our new board miss taking out deldumbo? Is this new board as stupid as the old? Deldumbo orchestrated all of AKMs debt - sailed thru the RDL clean up and bankruptcy by sucking hind t-t - and now is being rumored at being the next ceo of chk? One word - INSANE! I can’t get out of here fast enough!

I don’t know who had more pets as you call it. Was it the Webmiester or patty-mcpatterson? Either way I would say that now they can get rid of the two steaming piles fumbling the gulf coast and south Texas. Both of those tards have been protected and have caused amazing employees to leave when the company wouldn’t take action based on them being those two SVPs pets.
They finally got the spider. I’ve never seen a giant waste of space take up so little room. He’s been spinning his lies and deceit in the Company for far too long. Now we can all sit back and laugh at all of his pets that he has had across the company get it next. All I can say is if you are in management and still there either you are truely intelligent but don’t want to relocate or you fall in what I would consider the vast majority and are incompetent and have no where else to go.
Please tell me RL is gone. That guy was a nightmare to work for and had no clue as to what he was doing. He is the most successful person I’ve ever met that had never personally done anything himself. He was a running joke in supply chain and his name got even larger laughs from people in operations ... industry wide. Good luck finding a job as----e.
Drilling field personnel unethical? First I’ve heard of that. Drilling field folks are the honest group of men I’ve ever worked around... LOL.

The day Bill M left the company, particularly Drilling, was the beginning of the end. The drilling discipline is an embarrassment and anybody that values their work ethic, honesty and integrity has either been let go, left on their own accord, or is ready to leave at the first good opportunity. The drilling leadership in the office and field that see nothing wrong and are comfortable, ARE THE PROBLEM.
Three keys to keep your job in drilling:
1) Be totally submissive and NEVER expose any sort of issue.
2) Make your way into the click by doing unethical/dishonest things in your work and personal life.
3) Always remember that it’s not how good you are at your job, it’s how well you’re liked.
When Bill M. left, that was the indicator... that was a while ago. He knew... and he left.
