It's present in every company. However, it's become really rampant here, or so it seems to me? Has the situation always been like this or is nepotism now at its peak?
I haven't been here for a long time, and I don't think I'll stay much longer, because it's already clear from previous experience that a hard worker can't cope in such a toxic environment.

I have never seen it this bad. There has to be a policy preventing this. In my department alone, 2 gals started as level 3, now level 6 in 12 months. One of the gals, dad retired director and the other husband is senior director. I can go on and on and on.........................
