Of course I don’t have any high expectations because I know that BBBY exists and works only because of those at the top. Whoever thinks differently is very naive.
Yet, even the worst companies sometimes pay attention to how their employees are doing and do something nice for them.

What's hilarious on here is that the Florence Nightingale types trying to ameliorate the discord think that every Bloodbath employee will read the negative comments and quit this week. Don't flatter yourselves that you can change minds. Actions speak louder than words and we all know what actions are needed. It usually involves a two week notice.

I wanted to reply to this an hour ago, but I’ve been laughing so hard since reading it that I couldn’t type. Seriously, BBB doing something good fir employees. That’s a good one.
I love BB&B however I know that we could do more for our people. We used to be that company!! I think the change will come in time! The last 6 months has been positive and I know it will continue to get better for the people. Mark us doing a great job!
