Surprising that Ricoh cut the most positions given they already cut so much in recent years. Based on the financials things are really grim. Major restructuring coming to stay operational in North America?

Ricoh has silently being cutting without cutting. Let me explain. Each time someone leaves in most cases they don't rehire and force the rest of the work on the remaining people.
it's a smart move on their part because they don't have to put anything in the news but yet they still manage to cut. If you read what people are writing across the country, you will notice that it's happening non-stopped.
So no, they aren't done yet. Most of their sales left during the sales-apocalypse now they can't find sales people. Like half of the people at HQ where cut during Covid. My guess is by the end of the year they will cut just like they always do.
