The problems is you have many 55-60 year old people with excellent skills, but big companies will not hire you because of your age. Trust me, I have been looking and if you want to work in a call center or start a new career in the insurance industry, you can find many options, but other than that good luck finding something else.

When you give people more money to stay at home vs work it's a no brainer.
The scary thing is good police are retiring because democrat mayors back criminals instead of them.
