What we need..Is another market level person that just pulls numbers, points out fauIt's on the way to an office, and reports / questions numbers from a report. That has never been a manager on ground level..

Ha ha. If that person is watching the numbers, and he/she is your manager , supervisor or up your chain, you probably need to be watching the numbers too, don’t you think? What happened to common sense? There’s probably a reason there’s a new manager, perhaps you’d be smart to find out why and what his/her priorities are. That’s the ticket.
