This was never the perfect place to work but at least there was some semblance of job security and the work atmosphere was decent. Now we have morphed into a place with zero job security with as toxic a work environment as I have ever experienced. I keep hoping that things will go back to normal, but I have to admit I'm now starting to lose hope.
