I read all the negatives on this website about COP. Why not turn this into a positive page and list things which are great about this company? No negative or naysayers comments please.

I love COP - company of pride
I am so thankful for the EOI a few years ago. It has made me so much happier. I now look forward to waking up Monday to face another week, it has been almost like weekly therapy sessions knowing I don't have to look at the same, tired, b4tt l1ckers as I used to (I know positive, but for me its positive). And don't get me started on how much I learned. Like I never, ever will go to a pointless meeting again. So great in having those experiences of 1-2 hour meetings that can usually be avoided and instead a 5 minute conversation usually solves the issue. So hats off to whoever decided I needed to go, I am offering nothing but positive vibes to this person(s).

The executive pay is amazingly fabulous given the value they add. Their level of self-love and arrogance is 100th percentile.

I am positive that ConocoPhillips is a horrible place to work. It is absolutely the number one, best at attracting huge egos with minimal skills and knowledge. Go Conoco, you’re number one!!!
