What a juvenile comment. You must be a millennial.

Very old school, production management mind set.
" Get vaccinated. Or get fired. Choose one.
The good news is this will result in the low performers leaving Xerox which can only help the bottom line."
So, those who decide not to get the vaccine are automatically considered low-performers at Xerox? Sorry to break it to you bud, but all the top performers have left the company for greener pastures, and those that remain are in the process of looking for a new job. I've seen this firsthand as all the really talented individuals I've worked with have quit, been fired, or replaced by HCL. Forcing your already dwindling workforce to get a vaccine they may not want/need, or lose their job, will just cause more people to leave. You must work in upper-management.
They will be forcing all of the Canadian sales team go to the office. They assume that the sales team is not working since they are home. What an old school mentality…. Very insane and stupid.
Some of us have never had to worry about that because we couldn’t work from home during this time. We were essential and had to report. I know this differs geographically but still.
Whatever Xerox management decides it will be at the detriment of the workforce.Count on it .
Xerox management caught between a rock and a hard place. Not sure they will allow for remote work or telecommuting to continue.
Already hearing rumors that we must return to the office regardless...This isn’t going to be pretty...
Either return following corporate policy or "No Worky" policy goes into effect...
