HR was planning on a 10% workforce reduction in 2021, however too many psg 20-24s are leaving on their own. RM expects 10 to 15 others by year end. Anyone in san ramon can leave with a 50% pay increase.

No more layoffs ever at chevron, because we are not calling them layoffs any more. From now on we will do Chapter alignment reassessments 10 times faster at our all new human power swap re-Gigs. Much more hip than before!

HR could disappear tomorrow and Chevron wouldn't miss a heartbeat. HR was deliberately bloated to 'balance out' the D&I numbers Chevron couldn't get to just with petrotechs.
