This is for the people in the hubs. I'm hearing RA and PA levels will be back 5x a month starting around September. Section Managerss go back first starting next month. Managers should start getting updates next week.
What do you think of this?

Injury claims in my section will be 5 days a month in office, all 5 days in a row. Not as bad as I had heard being honest.
Makes no sense to be hybrid when the staff have been doing work from home. Let those who wonna go do the building...
We were told that we will not need to go in as we will stay virtual in technology. Our leader indicated she will not be in.
Not a huge fan of the idea. We prove we can do the work give us the option to do 100% WFH and let those who just love the office go in. Considering how much we love copying our competition I don't know why they didn't copy them on this approach. Oh well expect bare minimum from me if I gotta be stuck going back in.
It’s time for everyone to go back into the buildings and be one big happy family again so we can see each other’s smiling faces!
Lot of other insurance companies with no games "WFH permanant if you want" options. Not sure why SF insists on playing games and leaving their employees hanging all the time. These LOC people been up in the air over a year now with no word.
Already waiting to hear back from 2 interviews I’ve done for full time work from home, because hybrid makes 0 sense.
With WFH, all those hub positions will have more options for opportunities with other companies then ever before. We are understaffed as it is, leadership will mess this up as always. I don't see great things in our future.
Good! Now get em all in the bubs. Span of control at work.
