Should we be honest in it or are they just gauging how bad morale is until they feel like they need to do something? I bet it’ll take them 6 months to process the data. My guess is this gives them an easy target to get rid of people with bad attitudes.

Surveys at MRO are not anonymous. Trust me on this.
They will final out who you are and punish you by making your life miserable or fire you for any reason.
Survey means nothing. Survey before this one showed Land as being the most satisfied and happiest group, what did they do? They dropped a nuclear bo-b on Land afterwards.
You obviously haven't checked out the demo units on 29 if you think you're getting anything as grand as a cube. More like a work table and a chair and maybe space in a locker if you get in early enough.
Any unfavorable leanings in the survey will be chalked up as: “2020 was a hard year on all of us but once we’re in the new Tower, it’s sunshine and daisies”.

It’ll be fun. All answers will be tallied. Next cycle of performance evaluations, two select teams identified by IT based on login information dueling like family feud on questions asked by a top tier manager. Losers get the axe! Survey says….buzzz! Now that is innovation at its finest.
Be honest. It won’t come to anything though... like every other survey that they put out. It will be 6 mos... if the data is negative. If the data is positive you will see results in several mos as management will want to pay themselves on the back to reinforce why they get big bonuses and stock payouts.
