It’s sickening to see how bad the politics and favoritsm is in the place...not to mention the racial inequality around. Very few persons of color get ahead. Lot of talk and no action, especially in the US beverage organization.
You need to be part of the “in crowd” to get ahead...nothing to do with talent or results as they tout it to be about.
So sad.

Racism is very prevalent, against anyone who isn’t POC. You’re delusional.
The racial equality journey seems to only apply to one group.
Seems like all the affirmative action quotas are in place to get ahead if you're black, hispanic or a woman. Double minorities get extra points. Our PDR objectives specifically include diversity targets of increasing diverse candidates. So much for content of character over color of skin.
If you're not a minority, you're screwed.
College Hires are getting a high percentage of opportunities. Years of experience and talent are disrespected by this company.
Not to mention rampant nepotism.
