The OP "MAYBE" right. The Active Times has an article dated July 2020 that makes a prediction that "over the next ten years" the property values in Bloomington Illinois are expected to fall over 1% and lists Bloomington as one of the ten worst markets.

Here are the FACTS-one year ago there were 227 homes on market-today 86. A year ago the median days on market were 82-today, 25. Median price up 14%. You are just another clown posting lies on this forum.

Things were tough in the Bloomington real estate for several years. Then Rivian ramping up operations for electric vehicle production, plus rock bottom interest rates, made Bloomington IL a hot market again.

Maybe that was Bloomington Indiana..... ;-)
