Return to Office

What kind of attrition do you folks expect from TD/Schwab to Fidelity, Robinhood, and others in the next year over return to office?

Who are these people posting here?!? I bet these are Schwabbies, as in Legacy Schwab employees. Based on my interactions, I now understand why they act they way they do.

That is splendid news that some of you are not returning to the office or quitting entirely. That will save Schwab the trouble and expense of handing you your pink slip. Moving back to the office will probably serve as a litmus test to thin the herd to see who really wants to work at Schwab. Hopefully, you have a pleasant office that someone more appreciative can move into. We look forward to performing your job role with a lot less complaining and being promoted for being more of a team player.

What is "agoraphobia"?

I'm out. Not returning to cr---y commutes just to be in the office for "social hour". If Schwab is too tone deaf to understand there are those that struggle with agoraphobia and anxiety over being in the office and can't let those that wish to and can work from home to do that, then fu-k them. Others will pay to have workers from home.
Seems like most of my department is content with working from home. If I could convince them to stay home and not return, could Schwab afford to fire a whole department?
