Required to show vaccine card??

Houston and FMPC should get there ducks in a row. One says strongly recommends getting a vaccine so you will be safe and can go without a mask. FMPC says get the vaccine and you don’t have to wear a Mask if you don’t show proof you still do. This singles out employee’s clearly when you in the shop A person should not be able to tell if you have or have it had a medical redcoats. also you are required to show the vaccine card In order to get on a list. Need to be on this list to be different than anyone else that chooses not to get an unregulated vaccine (not sure if it’s safe). NOTE:::::::; they don’t record or copy the card. Because they know it’s illegal.

It’s time for it to be a personal choice.

How is someone getting the vaccine making other already vaccinated people safe? If you are scared, take it, if not don't. My body my choice.

Vaccine status will be like the engage to exel survey that you don’t have to take, but your badgered to the point of having a g-n to the head until you take it so that your manager has a 100% participation next to his name.

It all looks to me like it is done out of fear.

Companies don’t want to make it mandatory because should someone have a bad reaction to the shot and need to stay home, it becomes an “OSHA recordable “ injury. If it’s voluntary and you become ill it’s just a sick day.

FMPC and JL will find ways to basically force all employees to get the vaccine. Those conversations are already taking place.

Ok smart guy, if you are so worried about 'the safety of others' you would be happy for all employees with communicable illnesses to be clearly identified or would that be another conspiracy theory.? It is ironic that when influenza was a-calling and thousands were dying, people who had not had the flu jab were not identified. Of course if you have had the vaccines you will be OK, won't you?

So would it be possible to put a yellow star on any employee that has any communicable illness?
