Most likely just being hired on to be fired again if it is in RTP. They like to bring on "dead weight" to shed off when the LR comes that way nobody in the main group of protected people gets hit.

I am seeing the number of job increasing in the portal. Does that means that hiring has begun?

Just got a job offer from Cisco -- question about background screening
I think I already know the answer to this, but I was curious if anyone knows the particulars. I have a nonviolent misdemeanor case in my past that qualified for a diversion program that leaves me without an actual conviction on my record. I'm not even sure they'd be able to find it in my state, but if they did, does anyone know if this is the kind of thing that they would want to have a conversation about? Like we're talking about a dismissed low-grade vandalism charge that is nearly 4 years old. I'm fairly certain this is smooth sailing but was worried they could have some hard-line stances on this stuff.
Just FYI it's nothing I had to disclose, it's more something that HireRight might pull up in the BG check. But I am 99% sure this incident is non-reportable in my state without a conviction.
Where do you see they got offers in RTP?
