Yes, the company used to make sure employees were happy. It was nice working here back then. I gave 150 percent of myself and that was valued. Was the company more successful then than it is now when employees are demoralized in every way? I think it was more successful.

I think there are still pockets of caring. There is no loyalty anymore though either way.
