You can say what you want, but some who want to get out seldom do. It’s not because the job market is in a slump. Companies are hiring like crazy right now. But it takes a dedication to make the time to search every single day until you land one. I hear it all the time that it’s hard to find another job. The reality is jobs are plentiful right now, but it’s putting in the dedication that is lacking.

After Walmart started doing the team scheduling and decided to give me a schedule completely outside of my availability after working the same one for almost 10 years that pushed me start looking elsewhere. I applied 4 places and all 4 called me back. Took one of the offers and I couldn’t be more thankful for my new job. I love it and am so happy. If Walmart wouldn’t have done what they did to me I would most likely still be there. Blessing in disguise! Timing everything was meant to be. If you want out you have to have motivation and a reason to push for better. Once you’ve had enough and are ready to move on nothing will stand in your way.
Working at Walmart is like being a one-legged-man entering a bu-t-kicking contest. No win situation
When you’re working for Walmart, you’re at the bottom. It’s difficult to climb out of a ho-e, that’s true.
