I wish management was smart enough to promote those that truly work their butts off instead of these dead-weights just because they’re “friends”. In my opinion so much more could be accomplished. But the sad truth is that many of our top performers are gone and what we have left leaves a lot to be desired. Management is not smart enough to tie their shoelaces let alone manage a shift. What a sad state my store is in.

Welcome to the corporate world. This is the way it's been forever. On the bright side if enough deadwood rises to the top it will probably bring the company down quicker. Sad to see what has hppened too Lowes.
