Anyone’s SM riding their employees because their DM came down hard on them? Not sure what is going on but our SM has been driving us to the brink of exhaustion. His attitude towards us has worsened and while I understand where he is coming from we never seem to catch a break. People are on edge and some haven even called off because of his treatment. I'm ready to walk away if he continues like this.

The managers are going to be getting the axe if they don't get rid of enough higher paid associates. Several store managers have already be terminated for not managing out employees.
Run don't walk. The further you put Lowes in your rear view mirror, the better off you will be.
Even if they all walk out....they're not closing the front doors!
If a majority of the employees wald out at one time it might get corporates attention. At the very least it would force the Asm's and Sm's to relate to what the employees are going through covering the store by themselves
They can still fire you on loa and fmla
Consider LOA! I hope you contribute to STD and LTD. Then start seeing a Therapist and Counsellor.
