There are multiple posts on this board about how bad BBBY Is, how MT doesn't know what he is doing, how the company is doomed. Yet when it is asked why you stay..no answers are given. There are many many jobs our there..many are remote..so why stay where you are miserable? Often when people say something positive it is said they are a manager or from corporate. Corporate is not reading the handful of posts on here. People can be positive. People who are positive are told to "get a life" if they question your negativity they are here to sabotage or a Karen. Yeah, right.it is so obvious that many/most of these posts are written by very young people. Maybe this us your 1st job. But many other companies are like this. Read the other threads on here.Target, Kohls, etc Do you have any idea how juvenile you sound when you say "Blood Bath"? This board has become one big whine fest. But no one seems to answer why they are still here. I am guessing even in today's employment climate you cannot find a job. You may not know how to interview. Your negativity probably shows

To the OP. It’s not as easy as those saying to just leave if you don’t like it. To, many, it wouldn’t be feasible financially to leave as they may not be able to get the same pay.
I was making nearly $75,000 as an Ops Mgr. It took me over 6 months to land something even remotely close in pay, and even so, I still had to take a $15,000 pay cut.
It was worth it in the end to get out and be happier.
See..point proven again..say something even semi positive on here and you are mocked. And the people who claim they have a new job..yet you still pist on here?
I took your advice and got a new job! Thanks for the words of wisdom. But it didn’t change seem to help. BBB is still a toxic work environment.

I am not sure what you consider good paying but there are tons and tons of job out there I agree..too much negativity on here
Good paying jobs are very hard to find.
OP still hasn’t told us why they don’t want others to talk openly and just want to hear good things. They haven’t said why the keep replying to posts venting frustration and tell people to leave and get another job? Others have said that it just helps to vent, but the OP keeps ignoring that and asking the same tired question. OP has comprehension issues and thinks it’s OK for them to do something they complain about others doing.
The most recent post proves my point. If anyone posts not agreeing with the misery posts they are told they are from corporate. Interesting no one has said why they stay
OP, what’s it like to work in the corporate communications department? Seems like you would have enough work replying to all the negative Facebook and Twitter responses that you wouldn’t need to come here to bully other hard working employees.
OP doesn’t understand they are exhibiting the same behavior they are complaining about. There are plenty of ways to discuss bed bath and beyond, why do you keep coming here to complain about the posts?
Do you tell the same to customers when they complain about the service or do you try to deal with their problems and improve things?
Venting is one thing..but many of these posts go on and on and on and on.
why complain about the compaints when you can leave this board? it's a lot easier then finding a new job
and maybe the complaints are because people want to stay with the company, actually want it to do better, and need to vent and complain because while the company paints a rosy picture, those of us who have been here for over a decade can see otherwise
i'd rather people complain and want positive change then just jump ship everytime something gets difficult
