I heard that there are new recruits straight off of campus. Recruiters must be brainwashed or have good acting skills to convince students to start a career here.
Seems crazy to fire 12 year experience good performer then hire ignorant kid with no experience.

So the employees that got the PIP are being walked to the gate, passing applicants coming in to interview for jobs in the same group. What a boost for morale!

Targets in EMIT are less than 50 for total campus hires. But also heard of a stronger push to hire experienced hires...so much so that some use the "hiring" banner on LinkedIn to drive resume submissions. Sad.

Tier 1 schools this fall, you’d be amazed at the level of data analytics to determine the right schools. Hearing US chemicals manufacturing targets are nearly 200.
