There is one thing I am certain of after a few years working at M - people love to share other people’s business and it happens every day in the stores. There is a lot of loose lips which shows a lack of professionalism and maturity. Protect yourself by keeping your personal life private, you’ll thank yourself in the long run.

FACTS. Former AST Supervisor and I heard it all the time among the leadership teams. Store Manager sharing everyone’s personal medical business. I would NEVER share personal details negative or positive with anyone at Macy’s. NOTHING NOTHIN NOTHING IS CONFIDENTIAL WITH MACYS. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
My ops/vs loves to gossip and so does stock managers
